This is one of the most crucial sections of the application form. You will have to talk about your nomination in detail.
Please mention details pertaining to the period between April 01, 2024 to March 31, 2026 and provide responses in a maximum of 250 words each.
Based on the category you select, you will have to answer questions related to the initiative / solution.
The section includes:
- Name of the Initiative (in not more than 50 words)
- Please mention the date when the initiative was launched (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Please mention the end date of the initiative (DD/MM/YYYY) / Ongoing
- MCQ objective-type question as per category
- Stakeholders
Case Study Questions evaluate the nomination on the basis of the following parameters:
- Strategic Fit
- Execution
- Innovation
- Impact
It is recommended to tailor responses according to the relevant category and present them in a clear, concise format.
This is one of the most crucial sections of the application form.
Please provide concise responses based on the nominee's leadership potential, safety-related contributions, innovation and measurable outcomes during the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026, in a maximum of 250 words each.
Based on the category you select, you will have to answer questions related to the initiative / solution.
Case Study Questions evaluate the nomination on the basis of the following parameters:
- Leadership
- Problem Solving
- Results
- Consistency
It is recommended to tailor responses according to the relevant category and present them in a clear, concise format.
In this section, you will have to upload all the mandatory supporting documents, along with any non-mandatory documents that you wish to upload.
Please note that although some documents are non-mandatory, it is highly recommended that you upload those documents.
In this last section, go through the pre-filled declaration form and Terms and Conditions in detail and understand the set of rules and regulations that all applicants must abide by.
