Lalit Aggarwal, Managing Partner, ReflectoSafetalks about his organization and key safety products in their portfolio, new products they plan to introduce in the Indian market in near future, key challenges related to OSH adoption within Indian organizations and how they differentiate with other safety products already available.

1. Please tell us about your organization and key safety products in your portfolio

We are Reflectosafe , we are into business of manufacturing Hi- visibility garments and accessories to make users visible and safe from moving vehicles and machineries around them.

We are pioneers in High visibility and reflective material segment in india , we are more than 20 years into this business.

We are focused on innovating and driving the use of high visibility wear and accessories and have successfully done it with our range of Bikers safety kits , joggers , runners , dog & cow collars etc.Our key safety products are High Visibility vest , jackets , Hi Viz Rainwear and Tshirts .

2. What new products you plan to introduce in the Indian market in near future?

We constantly keep on introducing new products in the market with aim to reach maximum potential user.

During and post covid we have designed reflective vest and reflective bag covers for delivery bikers.

We have introduced safety vest for cyclists for online marketplace like amazon.

We have recently introduced 2 products
