Salvator is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of fall protection equipmentsand industrial work wear based in India with experience of more than 20 years in the industry. Mr. Ravindra Verma, Managing Director, RV Industries talks about the various initiatives taken by the company to promote a culture of OSH in India.

1. Please tell us about your organization and the work done by it in the Safety domain?
Salvator is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of fall protection equipmentsand industrial work wear based in India with experience of more than 20 years in the industry. We at Salvator strive for perfection each day at work because “When Safety is Priority” we cannot take any chances. Hence our USP lies in our high end automated manufacturing machinery with complete back-end integrated processes giving us total control over the quality of our products. We have created impact in the safety industry by making not only high quality safety products that certify to International standards like American, European, Indian standards but also highly cost-effective making them accessible for everyone because each and every life matters. Our products are being used all over the world in more than 25 countries including USA, UK, France, Spain, Turkey, Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Malaysia to name a few. We have served to many prestigious companies and contributed to many esteemed projects like the construction of FIFA World Cup Stadiums in Qatar to Diamond Park in Surat, Gujrat and many more.
2. What kind of safety products are you good at and which industry verticals due you target with those products?
Salvator started out as a fall safety brand initially but with the rise in demand we branched out to work wear manufacturing, Fixed Lines Systems and Personal Protective equipments. We believe this trust that customers have on us is the biggest indicator of quality products. With continuous devotion and hard work we have put in over the years, we can proudly say we cater to wide range of industries like Construction, Oil & Gas, Metal Manufacturing, Mines, Chemical, Breweries, FMCG, Wind & Solar energy etc.
3. What new innovations have you brought to the Safety market in India with your products?
We at Salvator are proud to have one of best engineers in our Research and Development who work tirelessly to provide a better product than there is already in the market. This has to come life when we have been able contribute various fall protection product items with an innovative compact designs making it light in weight, user friendly, cost friendlier to even target the market which solely depends upon the un-certified or poor quality products just because of the huge price difference.
4. Which new products you plan to add to your portfolio in the near future?
We have already introduced Safety Helmets and Protective Eye wear this year for the workers across all the manufacturing sectors or industry where human-workforce is involved. We have several on-going projects our R&D team is working on, one of which is coming in the in the next few months is a wide range of Safety shoes with innovative designs that are light and comfortable to the feet to wear for long hours but strong and sturdy for protection and certifying to all the safety norms.
