Mr. G. S. Baveja, ex-Corporate Entity Head HSSE, BPCL spent close to 39 years in PSU Corporates out of which 12 years were in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. and the remaining in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. In BHEL and BPCL, he worked in different departments at various levels of hierarchy. He retired as Corporate Head (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) in the rank of General Manager. Post superannuation he is engaged on=call=basis assignments as OHSE domain expert by various Indian and MNC consultants. Here he talks about his journey over the years
