Srinivas Duggirala is a lead auditor and having ten years of experience in auditing Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Energy Management Systems. Prior to joining British Standards Institution (BSI), he worked in Oil and Gas Sector for a period of seventeen years at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and Kuwait National Petroleum Company. He is M. Tech in Chemical Engineering.

His work experience included the involvement in commissioning of India’s first resid fluid bed cracker unit (RFCCU), including operation of the unit and implementing occupational health and safety management system. At Kuwait National Petroleum Co., his contributions included the implementation of multivariable predictive controllers, rationalization of process alarms, and implementation of Occupational health and safety management system.

Martin Lill has been involved in the development, design, sale, and marketing of chemical protective clothing for over 30 years and has been part of the Lakeland team for over 20.

Travelled extensively in the Middle East, Far East and Europe, both on business and pleasure. Accredited trainer for NEBOSH, IOSH and CITB range of courses for more than decade. Associated with British Safety Council for the past three years prior to joining in 2022 as the Head of the Education Portfolio.
