About OSH South India

The 5th edition of South India’s largest occupational safety and health show will be held on 28th - 29th June, 2018 at HITEX Exhibition Centre,Hyderabad. Telangana, the 29th state of India, was formed in June 2014, with Hyderabad as its capital. Hyderabad emerged as a pharmaceutical, IT and biotechnology hub and is known as India's pharmaceutical capital and "Genome Valley of India and is the largest contributor to the state's GDP (Gross domestic product) and state tax.

The Telangana Government plans to encourage an industrial corridor to boost employment opportunities in the region. The state also plans to invest in power plants in a large way to back up its industrial infrastructure and also establishing three Aerospace parks in the state. Leading IT companies like Facebook, Google, IBM and Microsoft hold a significant presence in Hyderabad. Hyderabad also accounts for approximately 20 per cent of India's total pharma exports. Other key industries include manufacturing, textile, mines and minerals, aerospace, automotive based industries, general engineering, steel, R&D of biotech, solar equipment,electronic hardware.Thus the city offers the right eco-system for occupational safety and health as a sector.

NEBOSH is an awarding body approved by Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) Accreditation, which has a UK-wide regulatory remit.In addition, NEBOSH is also an ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified organisation.

International Powered Access Federation

The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide in the widest sense – through providing technical advice and information; through influencing and interpreting legislation and standards; and through safety initiatives and training programmes.

National Small Industries Corporation India

National Small Industries Corporation India associated with OSH India to create safety awareness and raise occupational safety standards in India. National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), is an ISO 9001-2008 certified Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). NSIC has been working to promote, aid and foster the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises in the country.

APAOI

APAOI is associated with OSH India in spreading Safe working practices in INDIA. The main objective of the Association is to create awareness, promote and protect the interest of all the owners, users, suppliers and manufacturers of Aerial Work Platform and related products in India.

National Safety Council

OSH India is associated with National Safety Council (NSC) since its inception. It was set up by the Ministry of Labour, Government of India (GOI) on 4th March, 1966 to generate, develop and sustain a voluntary movement on Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) at the national level. It is an apex nonprofit making, tripartite body, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950.

Our UK-based company is respected internationally, with members in more than 60 countries. We are a not-for-profit membership organisation, and work with our members to develop best practice. Safety Appliances Manufacturers' Association

OSH India Proudly announces its partnership with SAMA is an association of Occupational Safety Appliances & Services - providers, manufacturers, distributors & dealers. It has an overall objective to form a cohesive team of its members to facilitate a common platform to guide & safeguard their interest. OSH India Proudly announces its partnership with NMDC National Mineral Development Corporation

Incorporated in 1958 as a Government of India fully owned public enterprise. NMDC is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.
